Paid support called “Standard Support” is a complete support service for both STAF GUI Network and Standalone. It provides a web-based portal which is available to you on a per-license seat basis; that is, the cost of your support is based on the number of licenses you have purchased.
The portal lets you open cases by directly logging into the portal website or sending email. The portal makes available to you up-to-date information about these cases, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
